How programme pages are reviewed
Programme pages are checked for audience fit, learning scope, delivery claims, facilitator relevance and clear boundaries. Duration, schedules and claim eligibility are not presented as confirmed when they depend on a proposal or external approval.
Expert and higher-risk content
Articles involving mental health, safety, legal, financial, privacy or rapidly changing technology require an appropriately qualified reviewer or clear limits on scope. General awareness material does not replace professional advice.
Testimonials and results
Testimonials are attributed using available participant, role and organisation information. We do not invent performance metrics or turn participant opinion into a guaranteed outcome.
Corrections and updates
Pages display a review or publication date where freshness matters. Substantive corrections should update the visible content and review date. A date is not changed merely to make old content appear new.
